What we collect. Names, emails, countries and similar identity data plus verification files required by regulation. Also collected: trade and settlement records, device logs and support messages. For EU/UK users: performing the contract, legal duty, and legitimate interest.
How we use data. Operating your account, settling positions, meeting compliance, fraud prevention, platform security, plus optional product messages carrying one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Data reaches only operational providers (custodial, payment, identity), regulators on lawful demand, and de-identified analytics. We never sell personal data.
Storage & safety. We retain data through account activity plus statutory windows (commonly five to seven years for trades). Protection: AES-256 at rest plus TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-checked access limits.
